Download the Mobilizer app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Tap "Sign Up" and register with your email address, Google, or Facebook account. You will receive a verification code to confirm your email.
You can join an organization by entering an invite code provided by the organization's admin. Open the app, go to "Join Organization", and enter the code. Some organizations may require admin approval before your membership is confirmed.
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your registered email address. You will receive a reset link via email. Follow the link to set a new password.
You can request account deletion through the app under Profile > Settings, or by visiting our account deletion page. Your data will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You can report posts or messages directly within the app by tapping the menu icon on any post and selecting "Report". Organization admins also have moderation tools to review and manage reported content.
Go to your Notifications settings within the app. You can control which types of notifications you receive via in-app alerts, push notifications, and email on a per-type basis.
Ensure you are using the same social account (Google, Facebook, or Apple) you originally registered with. If the issue persists, try resetting your password using your registered email address, or contact our support team.
